First of all thank you if you have ordered an Indian Interior item already, or thank you even if you are still considering it.
Indian Interiors are all about quality handcrafted items which are made individually with an enormous amount of care. This can mean that some of our products will be fairly delicate and need to be handled with love. We will most definitely do this when we are sending them to you. It is our duty to point out that due to the nature of the products there may well be some minor colour/pattern/size differences; please accept this as natural and not faulty. Let us also assure you that our soft furnishings look even better in real life and we truly hope they will complete your home decor.
In terms of delivery costs, we are sorry that we charge you but our prices for items are kept to a minimum hence the extra shipping charge.

Please note that you have 14 days from the time you receive your Indian Interiors parcel to send us your items back. It is really important that the products are still in their original condition with packaging intact. Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide an exchange or refund after the 14 days have passed or the products have been washed, damaged, or altered in anyway. We will also deduct the shipping fee.
